Booking Policy


We are by appointment only, we love that people want to pop by and chat but this must be scheduled via a consultation, which are free & can be booked online 24/7, we can perform these in person or via phone by appointment.

We can at times accommodate walk in appointments, but please be mindful, we request you to contact us to book a time, we are already with clients who have secured a time to be with us.

We are a small family run business who schedule around our appointments, so please keep this in mind so we can provide you the service you deserve!

Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten, rescheduled or cancelled without giving adequate notice, not only do we lose the opportunity to schedule another client for that time, but clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive the services they desire.


Feather Touch Aesthetics will require all clients to pay a non-refundable reservation fee.

This goes towards your treatment on the day. It remains valid so long as you give us 24 hours notice of any cancellation for beauty & 72 hours for cosmetic tattoo, or any changes to appointment time or booked treatments. Less notice (for any reason) forfeits it.

We do kindly request 24 hours notice to any changes or cancellations so we can offer your time to another client, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.

As we have long wait lists for appointments no exceptions will be made. If you are unwell and cant come in, feel free to send someone else in your place.

Our online system requires a reservation fee automatically. If you have a prior fee on your account, call or email/txt the clinic directly - OR redeem both deposits at your convenience if you prefer to book online.

If a reservation fee has not been paid, a cancellation fee will be charged to your account to cover the costs of the lost time. This fee is the same cost as the reservation fee, and is dependent on the treatment booked.

No shows will be charged the cost of the entire appointment, and maybe declined from any further bookings. If you no show for a free consultation, please note, we may not consider a future relationship together.
If you run late for your appointment we may need to reschedule or change up your treatment so as not to impact other clients. Please note: as your time and therapist has already been booked and allocated the full original treatment will be charged.

As long as the changes occur within the agreed upon notice periods, you can log from the confirmation email you receive to change your appointment with 24/7 access. Please note that changing your appointment, may mean the same wait times apply if you have already experienced these.
If you’re feeling unwell or have been near anyone who has been unwell, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. The same notice periods apply if it is you, or someone you know who is ill. Please let us know as soon as you can. Notice provided under the required time frames, will incur the loss of reservation fees, and in the event one has not been paid, one will be billed to you.
