We are by appointment only, we love that people want to pop by and chat but this must be scheduled via a consultation, we can perform these in person or via phone by appointment. We are a small family run business who schedule around our appointments, so please keep this in mind so we can provide you the service you deserve!
Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten, rescheduled or cancelled without giving adequate notice, not only do we lose the opportunity to schedule another client for that time, but clients on our waiting list also miss the opportunity to receive the services they desire.
It is required that you read the contraindications for your chosen service prior to booking to ensure you are. They are available in the drop down menu from the Booking Terms and Conditions.
If you’re feeling unwell or have been near anyone who has been unwell, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Notice under 24 hours for skin and 72 hours for tattoo, may forfeit your booking fee and a new one will be required to book again if no booking fee has been paid a charge of $150 will be required to cover the missed appointment.
NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE
Feather Touch Aesthetics will require all clients to pay a non-refundable booking fee within 24 hours of their appointment booking to secure their appointments and will be deducted from the total cost of your session. We will hold appointments for 24 hours while deposit is being made.
If you choose to cancel your appointment regardless of notice period, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee and a new one will be required for future bookings. If notice is provided with more than 72 hours for tattoo and 48 hours for skin, we may reschedule with the same booking fee once and this must be within 2 months of your initial booking.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY APPOINTMENT
We rely on your integrity and support meaning when you commit to scheduling an appointment for a service that time is specifically allocated for you. We do understand that appointment adjustments are necessary from time to time, however, Feather Touch Aesthetics respectfully requests at least a 72-business hour notice for appointment adjustments is adhered to for cosmetic tattoo and 24 hours for skin/brow/lash appointments – no shows and cancellations within these hours has a massive impact to our family and will require a new booking fee to secure another appointment.
You get to choose your priorities and if you have an appointment and need to change it then you may be needing to experience the wait time again and go on our wait list. We get sickness and life comes up, which is why we allow rescheduling – this means to the next available appointment. The same booking terms and conditions apply to your secured appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will forfeit your booking fee. If your 6 weekly tattoo perfecting visit is cancelled in under 72 hours, you will be required to pay a further $150 to secure another appointment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who have cancellations or rescheduling of appointments 3 times in a row.
No shows for any service will be refused all future services from FTA.
WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE
Please contact us if you are going to be late, so we can see if we able to work with this, being more than 15 minutes late can result the cancellation of your appointment and forfeiture of your booking fee or if no booking fee was paid a $150 fee is applicable for tattoo appointments.
I HAVE ALLERGIES
Please let us know if you have any allergies as we can also perform a patch test – if you forgo this, Feather Touch Aesthetics is removed from liability.
PRICING AND REFUNDS
Please note misprints in pricing will not be honoured – if any bookings are made and paid for based on the incorrect information provided by Feather Touch Aesthetics, a refund and our sincerest apologies will be issued to the individual.
Refunds are not provided on services rendered.
Booking Fees will not be refunded.
Pricing is subject to change – appointments that have secured a set pricing will not be changed – this applies to perfection visits, undertaken within 6 months of the initial appointment. Appointments secured after 6 months will be classified as new customers.
